I bought this mic because I just wanted one to use at home to practice singing over my mixer to my MP3 karaoke instrumental versions of some songs.
I was not disappointed with this mic and it is very good for that. Also because it really doesn't cost much and the price/performance ratio is top.
I can't yet say how it performs in a full band in the rehearsal room, I'll have to test it out to see if it's okay with this mic.
I can definitely recommend it for use at home.
