It is exactly as described, but I would have liked it to be a little wider and deeper for storing glasses.
Can you make something out of it

This tray is mounted on the music stand in no time. As delivered, it can be used to store small items during practice, rehearsals or on stage. Pens, wristwatch, a small (!) Digital Metronome or other small parts find space in it. Through the small notch on the right, you can also let longer pencils etc. protrude. You can also put a small digital tuner or metronome in horizontally. But:
I mention "small" things and there is already the main problem: At least for a drummer the dimensions are not well chosen: A serious metronome for live use doesn't fit in the tray because a few millimeters of depth are missing. And my cell phone (because of the metronome app) is also wobbly because the tray is two centimeters too narrow for it. Thus, the thing would be rather useless for me, but:
The attachment to the folding music stand is unbeatably fast and I decided to make something out of it. The holders don't cost a lot of money and with a minimum of effort you can make something useful out of it. For me it has become well-functioning metronome / cell phone holder.
Who does not want to tinker, I can recommend this product only in the event that it is really only a shelf for pencil, eraser and clock, Portemonaie keys, wallet or (not and) a small tuner or metronome.

Great storage box for this money for tuner and pencil. The edge must be glued with superglue, otherwise it is a little wobbly.

I use them as a glasses tray (change between glasses and everyday glasses).
This was always quite cumbersome and often took a lot of time. Now everything is quickly at hand.
Due to the clip-on function is also quickly "dismantled" again when the music stand is assembled.
pretty heavy scrap

I have kept the thing because the return effort is just too big for me. But whether it is worth the price, well, I dare to doubt very much. 1 EUR would perhaps be appropriate. The storage box comes in 3 parts (!), which simply do not want to fit together. You have to glue the part together somehow with glue, otherwise it doesn't even serve its purpose. And even if you glue it together, remain so large gaps at the edge that bspw. paper clips or the like would simply fall through. totally rickety and just ridiculous.
Good accessories for the music stand

Ideal container for the music stand for valve oil, sheet music pegs and eraser. Clamps well. My trumpet friend wants one too. Luckily I had ordered 3 of them.
The rim is removable and has a recess for a stick, pen or pencil (if you don't have the clip for that!) And the foam sticker makes that putting it back does not tick. A button for €3,50!
Practical, but rickety, with detail shortcomings and relatively expensive

So there you get a kit of undefined plastic. I have to list the plastic simply with, because the question arises here for: "how long does the box, when will the plastic brittle". I actually expect a specification about the plastic for this.
It must be glued on the foam rubber first and, attention, place correctly, since still a frame is put on. Everything is quite clattery and the opening for the pin does not really tear out anything, because there is possibly already something else in the box.
The box is fixed to the desk by attaching two right-angled lips. The lips should rather go over the whole width, because if you touch the box from the side, it will lift off the desk plate.
The storage box is in principle quite practical, because such a utensil is really missing on music stands. But in the end it is only appropriate for parts that can be grasped well, like capo, maybe 1 or 2 harps. With plecs you have to fumble around to get them out again and in the most unfortunate moment they still slip through the frame opening.
Conclusion : Idea good ....... Execution one should think over again plentifully, also like at the individual parts after transports again together searches ........ or the box better immediately glue ?
At half the price, I might not have seen it so critically ........
Super practical part!

I have been looking for something like this for a long time! Finally I have found it at Kirstein. I play guitar and have so often thrown down the capo or plecs when turning the page. That is now finally over. And thanks to the small recess also fits a pen in the box!

I would like to see it a bit bigger next time, because then the tuner would fit in even better. But on the music stand still fits a second Classic Cantabile NSA-20!
