Used to synthesizers, I find it perfect as a first piano in terms of sound and aesthetics.

I ordered the piano about 3-4 weeks ago. The delivery should take place with the shipping company, including construction (this fun also costs 129 euros extra). The piano is easy to assemble and operate.
The only downside is that the lid does not close perfectly, there is a slight play on the left side. As if something is blocking, but we can't figure out what is blocking.... Not very serious, it does not interfere with the use.

The top is aesthetically very nice, as is the bench. The white is more of a creamy white. The headphones are great. The sound, however, leaves something to be desired: in fact, at a volume equal to half of the maximum, half of the keys, especially those with higher tones, sounds at a much lower volume than the others and sometimes, at first, some keys do not play at all, and you have to repress them. The plan meets expectations, although I have not yet used all the features because I just received it. The fact that the keyboard can be closed is very convenient. the delivery was fast (ahead of the indicated time) ; unfortunately the courier left the package on the street level and it was complicated to bring the piano home. the color is not matte white, rather cream with some white parts, the appearance can be improved. The headphones delivered are not compatible with the jack of the piano and therefore I can not use them until I buy an adapter, this was not expected.

I purchased the Classic Cantabile DP-50 WM electric piano in SET with piano bench and headphones and can absolutely recommend the product and the seller. Great communication and fast delivery. Everything was well packaged and the electric piano arrived without defects as described. It has a great sound, looks chic and it is great fun to play it.

I like the sound of the epiano. We use it exclusively as a piano replacement, i.e. we do not use any other functions. The keys are similar to play on a piano, you almost do not notice any difference. Unfortunately, the pedals are with a small side noise, that bothers me already.
The color of the piano is not white but rather in a darker cream tone. The stool is white and does not match in color. Unfortunately, it does not look like a set that belongs together.
The board for the music stand I find not nicely attached, this is nicer on a normal piano.
The assembly of the epiano and the stool is easy.
We chose an epiano because the location should be flexible (it is probably still moving from one floor to another) and it does not need to be tuned. For our purposes it is very good. I really enjoy playing it.

The piano itself is good with a good sound. But the carcass is very average. Between the piano and the stool there are 4 different whites which makes it quite ugly.

The acoustics are excellent, very convenient to assemble but arrived defective in several parts. I would have sent it back but considering the period who knows when the new one would arrive.

First of all: The price / performance ratio is absolutely top. The keys are really very close to a mechanical piano. The sound is good and the achievable volume has amazed me. The possibilities are really versatile and it will certainly take some time to familiarize yourself with all the settings. Visually, the piano is a positive surprise. It actually does not look cheap but rather valuable.

The set is complete and also the piano bench gives a solid feel with good height adjustability. I was also surprised by the good sound of the headphones and their workmanship. I now also use it with my stereo system.

Not quite as great an impression is made by the workmanship of the wooden parts before assembly. The holes are made in such a way that the design foil is consistently torn out at the holes. After assembling you can't see any more of it, but the good impression is spoiled a little bit after unpacking the parts. But that is complaining on a high level.

Overall, I can definitely recommend the electric piano.

the piano looks beautiful and holds many a playful surprise!

During assembly it became apparent that I would have had to pre-drill holes in the pedal box in order to be able to attach the plate. I only realized this after I had screwed the screws in with all my might without pre-drilled holes - crookedly, of course. I had just followed the instructions and thought for myself too late.
Fortunately, the plate has no important function and it looks so reasonably ok.

The digital piano wobbles when you play it. I do not like that at all.

I was looking for a digital piano for beginners. It should have a nice look, not be so expensive, have a nice sound and not too many technical "bells and whistles". This digital piano not only fulfills my wishes, but has even exceeded them.

Overall, I am very satisfied. If you want a piano and don't want to buy a heavy, expensive one, this is the perfect solution. The sound is authentic and the key dynamics work very well. With the booklet you learn the basics and the headphones plus adapter and stool are very comfortable. During assembly, unfortunately, the holes in the pedal bar were missing, otherwise the assembly was problem-free. Can only recommend the electric piano.

I have deliberately decided against a real piano and for an e-piano, because I appreciate it very much that my ears and those of the neighborhood are spared while practicing ;-)

I've been searching for a long time for an online retailer that inspires enough confidence to order an instrument this way. I used to play classical piano and electric organ (plus church organ) for many years, so I know my way around instruments. My thorough internet research revealed that Kirstein is a reputable music store, and I was not disappointed. A beautiful instrument that combines the best of both worlds (piano and electric organ). Fast delivery, and finally 0.0% financing without footnotes and hidden costs.

A big minus point (not to be blamed on Kirstein, but please reconsider) was the shipping service responsible for me. About delivery day and time could not be negotiated (although this was expressly requested), and despite my clear instruction to put the heavy delivery in the basement in front of my apartment, the packages were simply unloaded in the hallway (one floor up). How I managed to heave the bulky package, which was heavier than me, into my apartment, I don't remember. That had thoroughly spoiled my joy for the time being. When I unpacked it, I noticed that the piano is not white matt, but rather "cream-coloured wood texture". The piano stool in the set is white matt and therefore does not match the piano. Send it back? Huge hassle. Thank god the e-piano is in the guest room....

Nice user manual including Instruction to assemble. In addition there was a separate leaflet with a different assembly procedure. It took me some time to understand that the leaflet was superseding the instructions given in the manual.

This piano is just perfect if you don't have room for a big grand piano at home! The sound is very good, and neighbor friendly, due to the volume control and the use of the headphones. All around satisfied with the order from start to finish, shipping was also within 2 days.

With some delay, but on the part of the forwarding agency, the E Piano is now
moved into my living room. It was delivered in 3 parts: piano, bench and headphones with textbook. We carried it up to the apartment ourselves (it already has a decent weight of about 50 kg) and built it up. We managed to assemble it well with two people. It looks very nice.
Unfortunately, the headphones were missing the Adupter, but it was delivered without any problems.
The E Piano is especially recommended for beginners.it has a beautiful sound.

I am a piano beginner and can therefore only reflect my own opinion:
The instrument as well as the base look very valuable and good (here was not saved on the quality).
The sound is both over headphones, as well as over the internal speakers is rock solid. (I do not know here, whether it can sound better)
The included headphones are quite "usable" - a bit uncomfortable, but that may well be due to my skull.
The piano stool looks and feels extremely high quality and is very sturdy. (Here it should also be noted that there are no color differences between piano and stool (often there are color differences in product sets).

All in all a wonderful instrument.

BUT why please are the feet made of plastic? You can not see it, but somehow does not fit to the valuable rest.

Everything with the piano as I expected. Looks just like the picture, sounds good (am also not a beginner, and find it a super alternative to a real piano, because in an apartment with several parties you have to watch out with the volume!). Was also easy to assemble. You only have to be two to make the last (upper) piece on it firmly.

Unfortunately, the service via email and over the phone was very unfriendly and unhelpful.

Already with the order I had written extra, at what times and days I would be at home (as a normal employee, I am usually at work in the middle of the day). Thereupon I got an email where I was told the possible time slots of 08 - 12 and 12-16 o'clock. Just a couple of hours after that I had written back with possible dates I could organise at work at relatively short notice. However, even before this I was simply allocated a date (Wednesday 14/08/2019). After I had written that this would not work. I of course wrote again immediately afterwards, but was just told (in a not very friendly way) that only appointments in that week were possible, otherwise there would be additional charges. I replied and offered options. There was no reply at all. That's why I called again on Tuesday (8/13), to check that the appointment was cancelled at least for Wednesday. It wasn't. Finally they were able to offer me an appointment for the following Tuesday, between 12 and 4pm. I drove home straight from work early that day (I had to take a whole afternoon off work for this). As I arrived at 5 to 12, the driver was already at the door looking impatiently at his watch. He said he thought I wasn't coming. I said he was a bit early, then he also said very rudely that he couldn't be expected to wait all afternoon for the customer. "That's why I was here at 12" was all I could say. So horrible customer service from Kirstein, and horrible service from DHL to boot. I was really disappointed, because when you buy a digital piano it is not a small investment. Would not for this reason unfortunately order again from Kirstein.

The packages came as promised 4 business days after ordering with the shipping company. This has announced the delivery one working day before by phone. I could have chosen a different delivery day, but since I had already warned my employer, it was no problem to take time off. I liked the fact that I didn't have to take a whole working day off, but only half a day, as the delivery was limited from 9am - 2pm. Around 12pm the packages arrived intact.
The assembly was also structured by hand with the instructions in the Bediehnheft. Of course, I had to try it out right after. As far as I can try and judge as a complete beginner, everything works perfectly. The sound of the headphones is very good. The stool is also very nice and above all practical (as it should be).
Only the piano school I have to classify as well-intentioned but for a bloody beginner like me as unusable. All topics are addressed and explained, and there is always a sample melody to practice, but that's already the point - there is always ! only one ! example to practice. However, I've gotten good learning books for kids before, where there are several melodies and pieces for each topic to practice. Because I personally have no problem with starting with children's pieces even as an adult.
All in all, though, this little practice book is not a reason to deduct a star, as it's just an extra gimmick for me. Mainly this economy pack is about the piano, stool and headphones of course. These are all not only very nice but functional and have great sound (as I said, as far as I can tell as a beginner). The instruction manual is also structured and easy to understand.

Although it is "only" an e-piano, it is a real eye-catcher in white, the sound is also very good for an e-piano.

When I order on the internet, I always set myself up for disappointment....

But in this case it didn't happen!!! My big daughter has been in music school for 10 years (first accordion, then keyboard). She is totally enthusiastic and can't get away from the epiano. The few breaks she takes, I share the instrument with my little daughter.

I think for 500€ you can't expect more. As for the keyboard, which is criticized here and there, we all have not quite professional experience, but get along very well. Sound is completely fine, volume more than sufficient.

If you then still see it so that the stool is worth 50€, the headphones would be free... and so they sound. Have tried them on the epiano as well as on my system... they are no good at all.

But that's not a bad thing. I hope the unit lasts a few years and can only recommend it with this. Delivery time and packaging were also ok.

After some waiting time my electric piano arrived last week. The packaging was extremely good, everything double and triple secured, so you could not see the piano his long journey at all. The construction went within an hour without any problems and is in principle to create alone. Only to put on the main part you need support, because this is quite heavy.
Visually, the piano gets a smooth 1 from me! The wood look in white looks great. I can't say much about the function yet, because I'm just starting to learn the piano. But what I have tried so far sounds very good and the piano also seems to have extremely many functions, which will be very helpful to me as a beginner.

This piano is so good. I could't believe the sound when I first played because I have been paying on a keyboard and even if it was an high quality one, the music is soon different.
I am very happy. Plus it arrived to me in Italy in 6 days!! And it is easy to assembly it.

The home delivery scheduled for Thursday could not be made, supposedly, the delivery man could not find my address, or my city is forbidden to heavy goods vehicles (the driver's answer) or the package was too heavy? On Friday I waited in vain for the delivery, after a call to the carrier DHL, the package remained at the warehouse and could not be delivered until Monday; too late for me and lack of confidence, I decided to go and pick it up myself (200 km round trip). This free delivery was not so free without counting the day taken.
