Improvements In Detail

The key design has been completely revised. This provides better ergonomics and a more comfortable playing feel compared to older models like the YFL-211. Parts of the mechanism were equipped with a pointed key-cup mechanism to distribute the key pressure evenly and optimize the internal airflow of the instrument. The pads under the keys are slightly firmer, providing better sealing with less force and higher resonance, especially in the lower registers. The headjoint of the YFL-212 flute is made of nickel silver and helps beginners produce a strong, full tone. Advanced players also benefit from the easy response across all registers.
