The Selmer Signature tenor saxophone embodies the renewal of the Series III, which has been valued by numerous saxophonists since its introduction in 1995 for its acoustic qualities and ergonomic comfort.
The enlarged diameter of the S-bow receiver offers the player unmatched precision in intonation and a full-bodied sound. The ergonomics suit all musicians, regardless of their skill level or musical genre.
The model benefits from the latest innovations of the Henri Selmer Paris saxophone: a novel 3-point S-bow receiver with a nickel silver tension ring for better tonal homogeneity and density, as well as a Teflon-bearing octave mechanism.
The body and bell are adorned with an Art Deco-style engraving as a tribute to centuries-old instrument-making techniques passed down through generations at the Selmer factory in Mantes-la-Ville.
