Professional Model With Tradition and Innovation!
The Bach Apollo trumpet is a modern interpretation of an original Vincent Bach design. While the Stradivarius is known for its iconic one-piece, hand-hammered trumpet bell, Bach's original Apollo design featured a two-piece bell. The new 170 series of professional instruments shares the same valve cluster and chassis as the world-renowned 180 series. Combined with a two-piece bell made from different materials and crafted using the same careful manufacturing process as the Stradivarius models, it results in a trumpet that meets the needs of modern players across all styles.
The 17043GY model features a two-piece No. 43 bell with a gold-brass shank and a brass bell. The unique material combination yields a sound that blends the depth and richness of gold brass with the brilliance and shine of brass. It is based on a single-piece ML .459" brass valve chassis, the same used in the Bach 180 series, and features a lightweight body with brass inner and outer slides and brass Z-braces. The model has been updated with a new standard 6R-style leadpipe that delivers exceptionally quick response and easy playability.
