Double Horn In Kruspe Design From Bohemian Manufacture!

The characteristic tonal color and special charm of instruments from Bohemian production are achieved through traditional manufacturing methods. This model stands out for clear intonation and good response and is suitable for brass bands, chamber orchestras and players who value an authentic Bohemian horn sound.

The traditionally crafted bell of the Cerveny CHR 681F double horn is the basis for very easy response and impressive sonic projection. The bell has a diameter of 305 mm.

Nickel silver, used for the horn's leadpipe, significantly increases the instrument's service life, since the leadpipe is most prone to corrosion. The valve mechanism — valve casings and valve ports — of the horn is also made of nickel silver.

High-Quality Components

The valve mechanism is equipped with Minibal® joints and thus guarantees perfect and reliable valve action. The piston valves as well as the valve casings are manufactured on modern CNC machining centers and then hand-lapped (finely worked, smoothed).

Aesthetic And Comfortable

An adjustable finger hook and thumb lever as well as the aesthetically pleasing and ergonomic design of the fingerplate ensure maximum playing comfort. The baked lacquer finish guarantees easy care and long-lasting shine.

The horn is delivered, of course, in the robust lightweight case and including a silver-plated mouthpiece.
