My valves are tight. What do I do?

You can unscrew the valves at the top and add a little oil (e.g. https://www.kirstein.de/Blasinstrumente-Pflegemittel/La-Tromba-T1-Ventil-Oel-mit-Silikon-65-ml.html). They should then run again.
