Lechgold Care Set for Soprano Saxophone

For Perfect Instrument Care!

With the Lechgold care kit you have everything you need in one pouch. The high-quality components give you comfortable playability and a long life for your instrument.

Bite Plate

Reduces excessive vibration without sacrificing feel at the mouthpiece. Prevents the teeth from slipping off the mouthpiece tip and in doing so supports embouchure and technique. Protects teeth and mouthpiece from damage. When attached in the area of the ligature screw, the bite plate prevents the reed and ligature from slipping.

Pull-Through Swab

The highly absorbent, washable microfiber cloth features a 90 cm long cord and a weight at the cord end.

Wool Swab

With the Classic Cantabile wool swab you clean your instrument thoroughly and gently. For lasting enjoyment of your valuable instrument.

Slide and Cork Grease

Insulates condensate from the tuning slides and thereby prevents corrosion and seizing of the inner slides. It is a relatively 'stiff' grease with exactly the consistency that ensures optimal movement of the slides. Frequently used to lubricate seals on slides whose precision is not optimal. At the same time it is an ideal grease for caring for and lubricating the tenon joints on woodwind instruments. It protects the cork from moisture and keeps it supple while offering ideal lubricating properties. La Tromba Slide and Cork Grease is a high-tech product among lubricants. It is very temperature-stable and aging-resistant and reliably prevents the slides or corks from seizing.

Microfiber Cloth

The Kirstein microfiber cloth, with its particularly soft and smooth surface, ensures optimal dust pickup and leaves surfaces perfectly cleaned. Even extremely delicate surfaces can be cleaned scratch-free with this cloth, since the serged edge is very delicate and fine. Due to its relatively low water absorption the Kirstein microfiber cloth is excellent for dry use. Afterwards the cloth can be washed at 60°C in the washing machine. Please note not to use fabric softener. The microfiber cloth should be washed before first use. This ensures that any production residues are removed prior to the first application.

Bag

The bag made of water-repellent polyester measures approx. 7 x 8 x 20 cm and provides enough space for wind instrument accessories.
