Compact Ukulele Sound With Authentic Character!
The Classic Cantabile US-100 soprano ukulele combines a handy format, classic looks and a clear, warm tone. With a soprano scale, linden body, maple neck, 15 frets and clear nylon strings, this uke is ideal for beginners, hobby musicians and anyone looking for a easily transportable string instrument with Hawaiian character.
Soprano Ukulele With Authentic Tone
The soprano ukulele stands for the typical bright, direct and cheerful ukulele sound. The scale length of 34.5 cm ensures a compact design and a pleasantly light playing feel. Chords, melodies and accompaniments can be implemented quickly, making the US-100 an attractive choice for entering the world of the ukulele, uke or Hawaiian guitar.
Linden Body and Maple Neck
The body is made of linden and delivers a balanced sound with a warm fundamental tone. Top, back and sides support a clear attack and a harmonious tonal development. The maple neck adds robust stability and reliable playability. This makes the ukulele excellent for acoustic music, singer-songwriter sounds and relaxed sessions.
Comfortable Playability
With 15 frets the Classic Cantabile US-100 offers enough range for chord work, simple melodies and creative accompaniments. Fret markers at the 5th, 7th, 10th, 12th and 15th frets make navigation on the fingerboard easier. The nut width of 34.5 mm supports comfortable fretting, while clear nylon strings provide a soft, pleasant playing feel.
Tuning Stability and Portability
The open geared tuners operate smoothly and allow easy tuning. With a compact overall length of approx. 53 cm and a low weight of approx. 410 g, the soprano ukulele is easy to carry. At home, in the rehearsal room, while traveling or during spontaneous acoustic sessions: this small guitar in ukulele format is quickly at hand and makes music especially uncomplicated.
Thoughtful Details for Classic Ukulele Style
The rosette around the soundhole gives the instrument a subtle visual upgrade and emphasizes its traditional character. This makes the ukulele ideal for folk, pop, reggae, Hawaiian music, acoustic covers and creative song ideas.

But of course I tuned it before and tried it out.
Is very well playable.
Smooth action.
Color exactly as pictured.
Comes with strings on with low tension and untuned, so it doesn't keep tuning until the second day. But I find this useful for transport, as otherwise the tension could become too great and the neck could tear off with the temperature fluctuations.
The fretboard behind the last fret towards the soundhole is not sawed cleanly, so that wood fibers are torn out. At least the area has been properly reworked, but a critical eye can see it. It was the same with my violet one. I do not find that bad and for 17 € also acceptable and the little boy who got it as a gift, it has not noticed at all. Nevertheless, I deduct one star for this.
