There's really not much to the product, you get everything you need in the box; simple instructions and a battery too. The display swivels too, which is great when you're either sitting or standing and want to have direct line of sight on tuning. There are several tuning modes, as well as the ability to choose the exact Hz for your reference A, which could be useful for some (otherwise keep it in 440Hz).
I haven't had any problems with the unit at all. It's small and folds away quite small, so lives in my guitar case at all times.
