Millennium III Piano Action

The Millennium III action contains parts made from ABS carbon, a composite material combining Kawai's patented ABS styrene with carbon fibers. ABS carbon is very durable and stable. This allows the action parts to be lighter without sacrificing strength and stability. The result is a harder, faster action that offers better power transmission, precise control, and higher stability than conventional wooden actions.

Dual Aluminum Hammer Rail

The action rail is the backbone of the mechanism. Kawai’s rail is made from permanently extruded aluminum with a unique "dual-rail" design for extreme strength and stability.

Die-Cast Action Brackets
