Ovation Celebrity Elite Plus-Modelle sind in jeder Hinsicht etwas Besonderes.
Das wortwörtliche Plus sind die Decken, die aus optisch ansprechenden Hölzern wie Spalted/Flamed/Quilted Maple oder Koa gefertigt werden. Darüberhinaus sind sie mit den Ovation-typischen Multi Soundholes ausgestattet. Diese innovative Konstruktion bedient sich mehrerer kleiner Öffnungen am Rand der Gitarrendecke, anstatt eines einzigen, mittigen Schalllochs. Das hat gleich zwei positive Effekte: zum einen vergrößert sich die zur Verfügung stehende Schwingungsfläche in der Deckenmitte, zum anderen tritt der Schall wesentlich näher am Ohr der spielenden Person aus. Multi Soundholes in Kombination mit den besonderen Deckenhölzern sind optisch eine bereichernde Abwechslung und ein garantierter Blickfang auf der Bühne.
