Play

The GX Mini features our newly developed velocity-sensitive keybed with 25 mini keys. Despite their tiny size, you can play expressively with a defined and powerful feel. Plus, you can tailor the keyboard response to your playing style by choosing from three velocity curves.

Bend

Control pitch bend, modulation, and other real-time MIDI messages with the joystick. The left/right axis is assigned to pitch bend, the up/down axis is pre-assigned to modulation and foot controller but can also be assigned to other MIDI CC messages.

Control

Control your DAW directly from the GX Mini: With eight dedicated buttons, you have essential DAW functions at your fingertips. Give your mouse a break and manage transport, track navigation, and other functions with Nektar DAW integration for most popular DAWs. The buttons can also be assigned via MIDI, allowing use with any unsupported software.

Part 2

With only 25 keys, you inevitably hit range limits. That’s where Part Two comes in: Simply press one of the dedicated "Part 2" buttons while playing to shift the octave up or down, transpose, layer another octave above, or switch to a different MIDI channel. Once you release the buttons, the Impact GX Mini returns to its original settings. Additionally, any note played before pressing "Part 2" continues with the original settings—so you can hold very low bass notes while playing a solo above. A fantastic performance feature!

Hold

The GX Mini even includes a footswitch jack so you can connect a sustain pedal. Since it’s programmable, you can assign any other MIDI CC command as well.

Nektar DAW Integration - Give Your Mouse a Break

With Nektar DAW integration and the 8 buttons directly above the joystick, you can control key tasks in your DAW right from the Impact GX Mini. Most popular DAWs are covered, including Ableton Live, Logic, Cubase, FL Studio, and Studio One. A template setup for Pro Tools is also included.
The DAW integration features extended transport control, including goto and set locators, track navigation, window launching, and patch navigation—without ever touching your mouse.

Nektar DAW integration supports Bitwig, Cubase, Digital Performer, Garageband, Logic, Nuendo, Reaper, Reason, Sonar, and Studio One.

The included Bitwig 8-Track DAW lets you produce, perform, and design sounds like a pro from day one. It features over 50 software instruments and effects for up to 8 audio or MIDI project tracks, and you can also use any third-party VST plug-ins you own. The FP-1 from Classic Cantabile is the perfect complement to your keyboard or stage piano—not only for its tasteful design but also for its robust construction.

This pedal fits any electronic keyboard with a 6.35 mm jack. The polarity switch lets you adapt the pedal to your instrument if needed. The cable features a right-angle plug to prevent cable breaks if the piano is placed directly against a wall. Non-slip rubber feet on the bottom ensure a firm grip even on smooth floors.
