The T5V is an extremely budget-friendly 2-way nearfield monitor optimized for use in smaller control rooms.

The T5V features a 5" woofer that extends bass response down to 45 Hz. The new U-ART tweeter delivers an uncolored and extended high-frequency range up to 25 kHz, offering a breakthrough solution for high-resolution recordings and mixes on a tight budget. The U-ART tweeter includes a precision waveguide that provides the same excellent dispersion characteristics as the High-Frequency-Propagation (HPS) waveguide used in the S-Series studio monitors. The waveguide’s very even high-frequency reproduction creates an incredibly wide sweet spot, so you don’t have to sit rigidly still while working.

A new cabinet with a small footprint, chamfered edges, and a rear bass-reflex port lets you place the speakers anywhere in the room, no matter how small. The T5V also features DSP-controlled crossovers and equalizers, plus analog inputs (XLR/phono). Driven by a 50 W Class-D amplifier for the woofer and a 20 W Class-D amplifier for the U-ART tweeter, the T5V reaches impressive peak levels of 106 dB SPL per pair.

Two 3-way switches boost or cut the low and high frequencies by ±2 dB and also offer a “flat” setting. With these EQ switches you can tailor the T5V’s frequency response to suit placement on a shelf, desk, or console or different distances from walls.

XLR Cables

Stage Pro-Line cables use only oxygen-free copper. This ensures long-lasting, consistent quality and protects against corrosion. The plugs are hand-soldered and feature a clamping-sleeve strain relief so solder joints aren’t subjected to mechanical stress. A high-density copper shield effectively protects the audio signal from handling noise and electromagnetic interference from sources like power supplies and mains cables. This results in low conductor capacitance and crystal-clear audio transmission.
