The RCF SUB 15-AX is a powerful active 15" subwoofer for live sound, DJ setups, mobile PA and professional PA systems. With 2200 Watts Peak, 1100 Watts RMS, 133 dB maximum SPL and a modern Class-D amplifier, it delivers precise, punchy and controlled bass for small to medium venues. The integrated DSP with digital crossover presets, 8-band EQ, delay, routing and cardioid function makes the subwoofer the central control point for your sound system.

Powerful Bass Performance With 15" Woofer

The installed 15" woofer with a 3.0" voice coil operates in an efficient bass-reflex enclosure and provides a frequency response of 35 Hz to 120 Hz. This makes the RCF SUB 15-AX ideal as a sub bass, active subwoofer or PA subwoofer for musicians, bands, DJs, rental companies and event technicians. The Bass Motion Control monitors the woofer excursion and supports clean, stable reproduction of low frequencies.

Intelligent DSP Control

You control key parameters comfortably and quickly via the 2.4" color touchscreen, the rotary encoder and the LiveRemote app. Features include digital crossover presets for RCF speakers, eight storable snapshots, a parametric 8-band EQ, top/sub alignment, delay up to 45 m, L/R balance for 2.1 systems and cardioid configurations. This lets you precisely adapt the subwoofer to the room, music style and speaker setup.

Rugged Enclosure for Mobile Use

The multi-ply wooden enclosure is finished with a tough polyurea coating and engineered for the harsh everyday demands of stage, tour and events. Side handles, an M20 thread for distance poles, a sturdy steel grille and the Powercon TRUE1 TOP inlet support fast setup, reliable operation and secure transport. Includes Distance Pole

With the Pronomic distance poles you can mount tops directly on the subwoofer — at the correct height. Almost all subwoofers already have the appropriate socket. The poles screw in via an M20 thread. A locking pin, additionally secured with a fixing screw, prevents accidental slipping. The robust design guarantees long life even in the toughest stage environments.
