Spacer rods basically well worked. Unfortunately, the pull-out brake does not hold because it is made of plastic and only lightly clipped. It can thus be pulled out of the inner tube almost without resistance. Therefore, only 3 stars.

It goes also times all around perfectly in clean steel design. The telescopic tube with Ø 35 mm is suitable for standard box flanges (Ø 36 mm). With a safety pin hanging on a band, the telescopic tube can be extended in 5 steps (a' 10 cm) from 85 to 125 cm and even has an end safety device against complete pulling out of the Ø 41.5 mm immersion tube. The clamping is done by a push piece with a handy tommy screw. The telescopic tube runs without any play in the plastic part which is mounted on the telescopic tube and fixed by a clamp. To screw in the cleanly executed M20 thread, the plastic part does not necessarily serve as a torque aid, because then you have to tighten the associated Allen screw probably unnecessarily. The flat surface in the area of the M20 thread as contact surface after screwing is unprotected. Here I have additionally glued on a felt disk to avoid scratching the flange surface on the subwoofer (but that's just a personal concern).
The total length of the distance rod, screwed onto the subwoofer, does not necessarily reach the height of a tripod speaker stand set up in parallel ..... just for your attention ..... but you usually don't extend tripods that high.
