The AZX series from Omnitronic stands for great sound at a fair price and targets anyone who wants robust, reliable speakers with balanced performance. Thanks to their thoughtful, multifunctional design, these cabinets are extremely flexible: whether as a powerful party PA, in a youth center, for your band's live gigs, or for mobile DJ use. All subwoofers feature a sturdy M20 metal flange so top cabinets can be mounted securely. With a wide selection of active and passive models, the series suits live and DJ applications as well as fixed installations in small clubs or youth centers. The entire range uses sturdy 15 mm MDF enclosures with a durable textured finish. Acoustic foam behind the metal grilles protects the components reliably and creates a cohesive overall look - without acoustic drawbacks.
Omnitronic AZX-115A PA Subwoofer
The Omnitronic AZX-115A is an active bass-reflex subwoofer that uses a high-quality 15" woofer with a 2.5" voice coil to deliver precise, deep bass. The integrated Class D power amp provides 400 watts RMS and ensures efficient, reliable performance in continuous operation. With two XLR inputs and XLR outputs, the subwoofer integrates effortlessly into existing PA systems. In addition, the AZX-115A offers two high-pass outputs with an adjustable crossover frequency from 80 to 200 Hz, so you can optimally match the connected tops and finely tune your overall system.
Technical Use & Flexibility
The sturdy 15 mm MDF cabinet with a textured black finish protects the electronics reliably and gives a durable, professional appearance. Two recessed handles on the sides let you transport it comfortably—ideal for mobile use. The AZX-115A also features a switchable phase invert (0°/180°), allowing you to align the subwoofer with the acoustic conditions. An integrated limiter protects the amplifier from overload and ensures consistent, clean performance even at high levels.
