DHR10

The DHR10 is a 2-way active speaker with bi-amping, equipped with a 10-inch woofer and a 1.4-inch HF driver, making it perfect for fixed installations. The DHR10 combines a 700-watt amplifier module and a powerful DSP with the same high-quality plywood construction used in Yamaha’s high-end DZR series, delivering top-tier sound quality and durability.

Ultra-Precise DSP Processing for High-Definition Sound

All full-range models feature Yamaha’s proprietary FIR-X tuning, which uses linear-phase FIR filters for the crossover. FIR-X tuning simultaneously optimizes frequency and phase response and adjusts the timing between the HF and LF drivers. This creates a very smooth frequency response around the crossover point, resulting in much better clarity and imaging than conventional crossovers can achieve.

All signals are precisely processed by a high-performance processor to achieve high-resolution sound quality. All full-range models use highly accurate discrete 24-bit A/D and D/A converters with outstanding signal-to-noise ratio and dynamic range.

Easy-to-Use 2-Channel Mixer Onboard

The DHR series speakers have two input channels. CH1 features a combo jack that accepts both XLR and TRS phone input signals with mic or line level. CH2 offers two input options: a combo jack accepting XLR or phone plugs and a pair of RCA jacks for input from CD players or other stereo line-level sources.

The built-in mixer lets you select either CH1+2 MIX to blend the signals from CH1 and CH2 or CH1 THRU to pass only the CH1 signal through.

The practical stand ensures a secure footing for your speakers with its stable tripod design, whether on stage, in the rehearsal room, or in clubs. Various adjustment options guarantee maximum flexibility in positioning, and an additional metal pin secured with a nylon strap on the stand provides extra protection against accidental speaker falls.
