StudioLive 32SX is the perfect compact 32-channel mixing solution, combining processing power, studio-quality audio, and the flexible routing options that made StudioLive mixers famous. The StudioLive 32SX digital mixer features the Dual Core PreSonus FLEX DSP Engine and offers 40 mixing channels, 26 mix buses, and 286 simultaneous processors—including four stereo reverb systems and Fat Channel plug-in models for every input and mix. Its slim profile makes the StudioLive 32SX ideal for any mixing environment where desk space matters. With the split-fader workflow, you can manage 32 input channels across two fader layers while simultaneously accessing your mix outputs via eight additional faders. It boasts 32 XMAX microphone preamps and 16 balanced mix outputs.

We built our reputation by designing great analog circuits for critical studio recording environments, and we poured all that experience into the design of the StudioLive 32SX digital mixer. In 1995, PreSonus patented digital control of analog circuits with our first studio product. Building on that legacy, we created a separate digital gain control ahead of our acclaimed analog XMAX microphone preamp, delivering the convenience of digital recall without compromising playback fidelity. This allows the StudioLive 32SX preamps to be remotely controlled via UC Surface software or Studio One. When you load a StudioLive 32SX mixer scene, you can also recall the preamp trim settings along with other parameters.

PreSonus Capture recording software is an intuitive multitrack recording application with a fully integrated Virtual Soundcheck mode, running directly on your StudioLive 32SX digital mixer or on your Mac or Windows computer. Record all 32 channels plus a stereo mix of your choice via USB, to an SD card, or both, creating the ultimate redundant live recording rig. StudioLive mix scenes can be saved with your recordings to speed up virtual soundchecks. Capture sessions open natively in Studio One. The entire StudioLive mix scene is recreated in the Studio One console, including fader levels, Fat Channel settings, mutes, solos, and more. No other multitrack software makes recording so fast, easy, and hassle-free, letting you focus on mixing the show.

Four dedicated effects buses provide a total of 24 mix buses plus an independent solo bus and the main stereo mix. We also offer 24 DCAs to make controlling channel groups easier and more flexible. Inputs and buses can be freely routed internally to your AVB network and over the USB bus, allowing you to tailor your StudioLive 32SX to your unique mixing style.

With 128 (64x64) channels recorded via USB, you can capture every input channel and bus on your StudioLive 32SX for the ultimate recording setup. Each channel can independently access its analog input or dedicated digital return from the computer. And if you’re ready for more signal processing options, PreSonus offers four Fat Channel plug-in collections with 15 additional models.
