The legendary digital mixer is back - now with a 96 kHz XCVI core for DEEP processing features. It also offers more channels with totally flexible patching across 4 customisable layers, a completely redesigned user interface, important hardware upgrades, expanded connectivity and Dante options for every model in the range.
The QU-6 now also includes Allen & Heath's powerful XCVI processing, new FX engines and Everything I/O connections. You'll also find a larger capacitive touchscreen, channel-strip displays, customisable layers and extra soft keys. The QU-6D variant features a built-in 16x16 48/96 kHz Dante port for integration with other Dante-enabled devices. Both the QU-6 and QU-6D are rack-mountable 32-channel digital mixers running at 96 kHz that combine powerful audio processing and professional features with straightforward operation and practical control.

Audio
Updated microphone preamps and powerful 96 kHz AD/DA converters work together to deliver crystal-clear audio to and from the XCVI core, preserving every detail of the source.
Control
Each channel now features a channel display that shows the channel name, channel type or input number, plus a chromatic channel meter for glanceable level information. The new touchscreen provides a completely overhauled user interface.

Every Qu model offers plenty of recording and playback options, with an integrated 32x32 USB-C audio interface, 32-channel multitrack support via SD card and simple stereo recording and playback via the USB-A port — whatever your workflow.
Improved Workflow
The original Qu series was popular for its simplicity and speed, making it the perfect mixer for engineers migrating from analogue consoles. The new Qu series takes that further while keeping the focus on the "walk up and mix" approach. In addition to classic 1:1 Qu routing options, it provides four fully customisable layers, more assignable soft keys to optimise your workflow and flexible routing options — all accessible via a newly developed, fast and responsive user interface.
SLink
Compatible With Everything I/O
Thanks to the SLink connector, Qu can be linked with the rack and stagebox expansions from the Everything I/O family, making it a flexible mix-and-match solution for anyone who already uses other Allen & Heath digital systems. It can even connect directly to other Allen & Heath consoles, offering up to 128x128 channels of 96 kHz audio for patching.
DEEP Processing
Qu now supports DEEP Processing, bringing proven add-ons from the flagship dLive system to the Qu platform for the first time. Qu also includes the feedback and gain assistants from the CQ series, making setup easier and speeding up your soundchecks.
Gain-Assistant
Setting gain for each channel can be time-consuming if you have many channels to manage. Qu's Gain Assistant simplifies this by quickly and accurately setting the ideal gain level for one or multiple input channels while continuously monitoring levels during performance to avoid unwanted peaks or surprises.
Feedback Assistant
Qu's user-friendly Feedback Assistant automatically identifies and removes problematic frequencies with up to 16 filters per output, so you can mix with confidence and stop worrying about feedback.
AMM Automatic Mic Mixer
Qu's 32-channel automatic microphone mixer (AMM) is the ideal choice for conferences, panel discussions and TV shows. It's fully integrated into the console with no additional latency, so you don't need to route audio to an internal DSP rack or external plugin system.
