Eight Channels and 100 Effects in One Mixer!

The Pronomic M-802FX mixer combines eight analog input channels with an integrated digital 24-bit multi-effect processor. Four mono channels with combined XLR/jack inputs handle microphones and line signals. Two stereo channels with a total of four balanced 6.3 mm jack inputs provide connections for keyboard, digital piano, synthesizer, drum machine and other stereo sources. The comprehensive feature set suits bands, small stages, rehearsal rooms, home studio, podcasting, presentations and mobile sound reinforcement.

Digital Effect Processor with 100 Programs

The internal multi-effect processor runs at 24 bit and offers 100 different programs. These include reverb, delay, modulation, pitch and various combined multi-effects. Selection and confirmation are done via a detented rotary control. Each input channel has its own FX send to individually set the desired effect intensity. A signal and clip LED monitor the input level to the effects section. The Aux/FX return control then adjusts the volume of the processed overall signal.

Use Internal and External Effects

The mixer not only lets you use the built-in effect processor but also integrate external effects units. As soon as the output of an external processor is connected to the Aux Return input, the mixer automatically disconnects the internal effect. The Aux/FX return control then exclusively controls the level of the external signal. This lets you use the internal effect library or conveniently hook up your preferred external reverb, delay or modulation unit.

Four Microphone Channels with Precise Control

The four mono channels each feature a trim control with up to +60 dB of gain. Clip LEDs in all channels help with correct gain staging. The musically tuned 3-band EQ shapes bass at 80 Hz, mids at 2.5 kHz and highs at 12 kHz. Level and pan/balance controls are available for every channel. This lets you quickly match microphones, instruments and sources and place them cleanly in the stereo image.

Versatile Routing and Monitoring Options

CD/Tape In and Out are provided as cinch connectors. The CD/Tape input signal can be assigned to the Main Mix or the Phones/CTRL path. Separate routing paths exist for the main mix, the effects section, the control room and headphones. Independent level controls for Main Mix and Phones/CTRL allow separate volume management. A four-segment LED level display shows the output level. The switchable 48 V phantom power supplies compatible condenser microphones.
