220-Watt Fresnel Fixture with Barn Door!
Elation expands its KL "Key Light" series of LED Fresnel fixtures with the full-color-spectrum KL Fresnel 6 FC, which meets the highest demands for light quality and noise performance.
The KL Fresnel 6 FC was designed for TV and film, theatre, trade shows and any AV application that requires soft light with high output, accurate color rendering and adjustable color temperature. It produces the soft fill light designers want to confidently stage performers or scenery onstage. With a wide range of saturated colors, subtle pastels and dynamic white light, it is an ideal key and fill light source for situations that demand excellent performance and color quality.
The KL Fresnel 6 FC delivers top-tier light quality with dynamic color-temperature adjustment and full color control. It features a highly efficient 220-watt RGBMA LED engine calibrated to 6500 Kelvin and emits very diffuse light. The fixture produces over 11,000 lumens and offers a manual zoom range of 10° to 32° for easy beam-size adjustment. For more precise illumination with less spill, adjustable and removable 8-leaf barn doors allow you to tailor the light beam.
Color rendering is of the highest quality—with a CRI of 92, TM-30 of 88 and a TLCI of 95—making it extremely accurate for both the eye and the camera. Like all KL-series fixtures, the KL Fresnel 6 FC operates exceptionally quietly, meeting the demands of stage and studio.
The KL Fresnel 6 FC is optimized for the specific requirements of broadcast and can be flexibly matched to any camera via green/magenta adjustment and white balance. Additionally, the PWM frequency can be set up to 25 kHz so that even when used with high-speed cameras, no flicker occurs.
The fixture is DMX-controllable, supports RDM and offers intuitive manual control for stand-alone operation, allowing direct adjustment of zoom, intensity, color temperature, green/magenta balance, colors and other key settings. The display and control encoders are easily accessible on the side of the unit.
The KL Fresnel 6 FC is lightweight and rugged to withstand the rough handling on today's fast-paced sets.
The exceptional color-rendering quality, precise color-temperature presets and remotely adjustable LED refresh rate make the KL Fresnel 6 FC a top choice for modern production environments. The KL series also includes warm-white and cool-white models in various power levels as well as the KL Panel, a full-color-spectrum LED softlight.
