Perfect for Restaurants, Beer Gardens, Theme Parks and Outdoor Events!
The McGrey OLS-5251 two-way speaker is perfect for anyone who wants to treat their outdoor guests not only to great food but also to great music, while demanding excellent sound and an elegant speaker design. The OLS-5251 is a compact outdoor enclosure that packs a punch: a 5.25" woofer delivers powerful bass that puts people in a good mood. The McGrey speaker is tailor-made for beer gardens, restaurants with garden terraces, theme parks and other venues with outdoor seating areas, but of course it’s also ideal for weddings and garden parties of all kinds.
Works Even in Rain
The IP56 rating denotes the suitability of the McGrey OLS-5251 for outdoor use. The so-called IP code (International Protection Code) describes how well an electronic device copes with certain temperatures, humidity, vapors, dust and other conditions. IP56 means the OLS-5251 is protected against powerful water jets and the enclosure also provides full protection against contact. Furthermore, dust—even in amounts that would normally cause damage—cannot harm this device.
70/100V Option
The OLS-5251 outdoor enclosure can be connected to any conventional HiFi and PA amplifiers; additionally, there is an option to operate the speaker on constant-voltage 70 or 100 V systems. The required power is set using a rotary knob.
Robust Wall Speaker
The McGrey cabinet can be easily mounted to a wall using the mounting bracket. The speaker is designed to rotate 90° vertically and 170° horizontally. The OLS-5251 therefore offers maximum flexibility. At the same time the speaker is rugged and built to be a long-term musical companion. The mounting bracket and grille are made of aluminum, and the enclosure is made of durable plastic.
Available in Two Sizes
The McGrey OLS speaker is available not only in black and white: two different sizes (5.25" and 6.5" woofers) with different power ratings are offered.
... enjoy plenty of music under blue — and, if need be, even gray — skies!
