The McGrey speaker is tailor-made for beer gardens, restaurants with garden terraces, amusement parks and other venues with outdoor seating areas, and of course it’s also perfect for weddings and garden parties of all kinds.
Ready for Rain When Needed
The IP56 rating indicates the OLS-5251’s suitability for outdoor use. The IP code (International Protection Code) specifies how well an electronic device resists specific conditions such as temperature, moisture, vapors, dust and other factors. IP56 means the OLS-5251 is protected against strong water jets and the enclosure offers full protection against contact. In addition, the unit is dust-resistant, even against amounts of dust that would normally be harmful.
70/100V Option
The OLS-5251 outdoor speaker can be connected to any conventional HiFi and PA amplifiers; additionally, there is the option to operate the speaker on public-address (70/100V) systems. The required power level is set using a rotary control.
Rugged Wall Speaker
The mounting bracket makes it easy to fix the McGrey speaker to a wall. The speaker is designed to rotate 90° vertically and 170° horizontally, giving you maximum flexibility. At the same time, the speaker is built to be robust and become a long-lasting musical companion. The mounting bracket and grille are made of aluminum, while the housing is made from durable plastic.
Available in Two Sizes
The McGrey OLS speaker is available not only in black and white, but also in two different sizes (5.25" and 6.5" woofers) with varying power levels.
