The MS-100 features a heavy cast iron base for a solid, steady stand. A rubber ring is integrated into the base to ensure a slip-free stage performance without annoying movement. It also suppresses the transmission of ambient noise to the mic stand. The extension allows a maximum height of 158 cm, making it suitable for taller singers.
