Casio CT-S200 - Sounds and Rhythms with Style!
CASIOTONE - Since 1980, CASIOTONE has stood for cult keyboards. The first model CT-201 was developed with the idea to enable everyone to play the keyboard - beginners and advanced players, sound enthusiasts and rhythm fans. The current CASIOTONE models follow this principle and expand the instruments with modern features, such as the connection option to a learning app* and the Dance Music Mode* (*model-dependent), with which you can easily create chart-ready songs.
The CT-S200
61 keys and a practical carrying handle - the super stylish CT-S200 guarantees great music, whether at home, in the music studio or on the go. Features include the Dance Music Mode, which even beginners can use to create great dance tracks, the connection option to the free Chordana Play For Keyboard learning app, and to a PC via USB. The CT-S200 can also be powered by batteries - let's head to the next music jam!
Dance Music Mode
By simply pressing various key combinations, keyboard players can easily create and instantly remix great dance tracks. 50 modern dance music styles from house, hip-hop, and EDM can be individually combined with:
- Four pattern phrases: Drum, Bass, Synth 1, and Synth 2
- Four different sound effects: Modulation Low Pass Filter, Modulation High Pass Filter, Flanger, Lo-Fi
- Build-up play function: gives the track the final touch: Pitch Up/Down, Change, Filter, Finish, Roll, or Gate
Chordana Play App
Chordana Play is a free music app that offers players without keyboard experience a lot of fun while learning, while supporting experienced keyboard players in expanding their repertoire.
Play your keyboard while connected to the app and see which key to press in sync with the music piece’s piano-roll display. You can also use the lighted key function to support the learning process.
To use the Chordana Play app, please connect the keyboard to your compatible smartphone or tablet using the included audio cable (3.5 mm jack/length: 1.2 m). With the Chordana Play app, you can play the music titles included in the app via the keyboard and play along, as well as import standard MIDI files into the keyboard.
