The built-in PCM9211 Class-D amplifier from Texas Instruments enables the R1380DB to effortlessly deliver 42 watts of power with crisp, clear highs and rich, full bass through the 4-inch woofer and the front-firing bass reflex port. The system consists of an active and a passive speaker. On the side of the active speaker are rotary controls that let you adjust bass, treble and volume to your personal preferences. A remote control is also included so you can adjust the volume from the sofa or mute the speakers. The amplifier and power supply are integrated into the active speaker, which connects directly to the mains via the power cord. The passive speaker connects to the active speaker using the supplied speaker cable. On the back of the active speaker there are two phono stereo inputs for the analog connection of your preferred devices such as smartphone, tablet, laptop, TV, CD player, etc. Bluetooth 5.1 is also on board — meaning wireless music enjoyment is no obstacle!
