Rain or Shine
The IP56 rating indicates the McGrey OLS-5251’s suitability for outdoor use. The so-called IP code (International Protection Code) defines an electronic device’s resistance to certain temperatures, moisture, vapors, dust, and other conditions. IP56 means the OLS-5251 is protected against strong water jets and the housing also offers full protection against contact. Furthermore, dust—even in usually damaging amounts—cannot harm this device.
70/100V Option
The OLS-5251 outdoor speaker can be connected to all conventional HiFi and PA amplifiers, and additionally offers the option to operate on public address systems with selectable 70 or 100 volts. The required power level is adjusted via a rotary control.
Robust Wall Speaker
The mounting bracket allows the McGrey speaker to be easily attached to the wall. The speaker is designed to rotate 90° vertically and 170° horizontally, offering maximum flexibility. At the same time, the speaker is robust and becomes a long-lasting musical companion. The mounting bracket and grill are made of aluminum, and the housing is made of durable plastic.

The McGrey OLS speaker is available not only in black and white but also in two different sizes (5.25" and 6.5" woofers) with different power ratings.
