Tweeter System
An external feature of the current GLE 426.2 is the new aluminum-manganese tweeter. A combination of an elaborate waveguide, new diaphragm material and a matched crossover now enables playback from 42 to 40,000 Hz — a frequency range that the GLE series has not offered before.
Chassis Technology
2-way bass-reflex concept with an aluminum low-mid driver. Equipped with a robust polycarbonate basket, powerful magnetic drive, latest-generation wave-surround technology and a rear bass-reflex port. Maximum Power Handling: 130 W.
Cabinet
With dimensions of 19 x 36 x 28 cm the weight of the new GLE 426.2 is 4.6 kg. The cabinet finish is black vinyl décor with a matte black lacquered baffle. The black, acoustically neutral fabric grille can be removed if desired.
