2x 100 W Output Power* and High-Quality Signal Processing
The R-S202D not only tops its class in power with 2x 100 W, but its circuit layout optimized for short signal paths also elevates sound quality. Transformers placed close to the amplifier circuits minimize power loss while increasing maximum headroom for loud playback. Signal processing and power supply are grounded at the same point to avoid interference and achieve a higher signal-to-noise ratio. The result is a transparent and brilliant sound. Bluetooth Compatible for Wireless Music Streaming
The R-S202D is equipped with Bluetooth, so you can easily stream music wirelessly from your smartphone and other devices. Select tracks directly on your smartphone and play them through your entire audio system.
Enjoy Digital Radio with the DAB/DAB+ Tuner
DAB and DAB+ are Digital Audio Broadcasting formats that provide a wide selection of radio stations in excellent sound quality. Another advantage is the automatic station search. All station information is shown on the display. A total of 40 DAB/DAB+ stations can be stored.
Simple and Elegant Design
The R-S201 is defined by the clear, well-thought-out design that Yamaha HiFi components are famous for. With its brushed aluminum surface it harmonizes perfectly with other HiFi components. The controls and volume knob demonstrate Yamaha's commitment to understated elegance.
Speaker Selection Switch and Speaker Terminals for Two Speaker Pairs
The receiver is equipped with connection terminals for two speaker systems between which you can easily switch. You can activate either system for playback (A or B) or both simultaneously (A and B).
Energy Saving
The power-saving mode automatically turns off the power (and switches to standby mode) if the amplifier hasn't been used for an extended period. It can be set to activate after 2, 4, 8 or 12 hours. Power consumption in standby mode is only 0.5 W.

The speakers of the GLE series are technically convincing and visually appealing: thanks to these qualities, the attractive and versatile GLE models have been among Europe's most popular speakers for many years.
Tweeter System
A standout feature of the current GLE 426.2 is the new aluminum-manganese tweeter. A combination of an elaborate wave guide, new diaphragm material and an adapted crossover now enables reproduction from 42 to 40,000 Hz — a frequency range not seen before in the GLE series.
Chassis Technology
2-way bass-reflex concept with an aluminum woofer-midrange system. Equipped with a sturdy polycarbonate basket, powerful magnet drive, next-generation wave-surround technology and a rear bass-reflex port. Maximum power handling: 130 W.
Enclosure
With dimensions of 19 x 36 x 28 cm the new GLE 426.2 weighs 4.6 kg. The cabinet surface is available in black vinyl decor with a matte black lacquered baffle. The black, sonically neutral fabric grille can be removed if required.
Speaker Cable
With PureLink OFC speaker cables you can be sure that the cables consist of 99.99% OFC copper, offer very good conductivity/transmission properties and have also been manufactured in Germany to high quality standards. The OFC copper conductors impress with high flexibility and low electrical resistance.
Thanks to Bluetooth and the DAB/DAB+ tuner, this receiver is compatible with a variety of digital sources!
