NUS310 Soprano

The Flight NUS310 is made from laminated Sapele. Sapele is a lightweight hardwood from tropical Africa with a golden to dark reddish-brown color, which has been painted black to create a distinctive and striking look. As a close relative of mahogany, it features interlocking grain, a uniform texture, and a nice natural sheen. The natural resonance is enhanced and focused by the arched back of this ukulele, resulting in a clear and bright sound. The rosette is hand-drawn and laser-engraved.

The neck and fretboard of the NUS310 Blackbird are made from African Okoume and composite wood. Composite wood is an eco-friendly material increasingly used in instrument making because it helps preserve tropical rainforests. This excellent combination guarantees stable intonation across the entire fretboard, is gentle on your hands, and also looks great.
