Typical Design

Characteristic of the Celtic harp is the typically curved shape of the pillar, as also found on the Irish coat of arms. With 36 strings, it has a range of 5 octaves (C - c⁴). From gentle, soothing sounds to lively and captivating pieces – this lever harp lets you immerse yourself in the melodies of music and embark on your own musical journey.

Made from high-quality ash wood, it radiates natural beauty and elegance. The wood not only gives the harp a warm tonal character but also a robust construction that ensures durability and stability.

Tuning

The 36 strings are tuned diatonically in Eb major, with the red and blue strings indicating the positions of the notes C and F. By flipping up the respective color-coded levers, the harp can quickly be retuned to another key, allowing great flexibility when playing with others.

For initial attempts and easier understanding, a C tuning is also possible. The two included tuning keys serve for tuning the instrument: the square key is used on the tuning pegs, while the hex key is for the fine tuners on the opposite side.

Tuner with Metronome

This universal device is the perfect companion for virtually any instrument. Not only can almost any instrument be tuned accurately with the contact microphone and wide tuning range, but the built-in metronome also keeps everything in the right tempo. The calibratable tuner offers 5 tuning modes, a tone generator, and a jack input with contact microphone. The metronome features a wide tempo range from 30 to 260 beats per minute, 9 time signatures, and various rhythm subdivisions.

Harp School

Kristine Warmhold explains all important information for harp beginners in this school. From harp setup, tuning, and posture to various plucking techniques, the essential skills are developed through the songs. Detailed explanations for each exercise are available in additional videos, which can be downloaded. All songs are also played in the videos. This gives you a better idea of how the finished piece should sound at first, and later you can play "duets" with Kristine. All videos are played on the small 12-string harp, so you can start with any larger harp as well.

This music stand features a tripod construction for optimal stability. The legs are naturally equipped with solid, non-slip rubber caps. The music shelf can be tilted and fixed with a screw. Thanks to the approx. 4 cm deep music shelf, this stand is also ideal for thick music books.
