The Lâg Sauvage-TE is an electro-acoustic travel guitar, part of the respected Sauvage series. It’s based on the Traveller model SAUVAGE-T and crafted from the same sustainable BrankoWood. Additionally, it features a StageLâg preamp system. This instrument is the perfect companion for musicians on the move, delivering remarkable sound quality in a sustainable design.
The Sauvage-TE is made from sustainably sourced, certified BrankoWood and an eco-friendly finishing process, standing as a remarkable example of environmentally conscious manufacturing. Through a unique treatment, BrankoWood is a highly stable wood that withstands fluctuations in temperature and heat, offering the tonal qualities of sought-after aged tonewoods without harming the environment.
Traveler Body Shape
The Traveler body shape of the Sauvage-TE was designed for the traveling musician, offering rich and expressive tones without compromising on sound quality or aesthetics. The unique shape and body contours are tailored to provide portability and comfort without sacrificing tonal potential.
StageLâg Preamp System
Equipped with the StageLâg preamp system, the Sauvage-TE offers excellent tone control whether on stage or in the studio. All electronic components are designed to optimally highlight the resonance and complexity of the guitar’s sound and allow fine adjustments as desired.
Tonal Characteristics
Like the SAUVAGE-T, the Sauvage-TE produces a full tone enriched by the solid, pale BrankoWood top and the rough-sawn smoked eucalyptus back and sides with a rounded back. The Sauvage-TE is designed for use on the street, in the studio, or on stage.
Aesthetic Harmony
The Sauvage-TE offers the typical look of the Sauvage series and features the iconic Lâg headstock design, echoed in the bridge design. Black tuners as well as the black graphite nut and saddle complete this look, creating a harmonious whole—both sonically and visually.
