The Lâg Sauvage-TE is an electro-acoustic travel guitar that is part of the respected Sauvage series. It is based on the Traveller SAUVAGE-T model and is made from the same sustainable BrankoWood. In addition, it features a StageLâg preamp system. The instrument is the perfect companion for musicians who are often on the road, delivering remarkable tonal quality in a sustainable design.
The Sauvage-TE is crafted from sustainably sourced, certified BrankoWood and finished using an eco-friendly lacquering process, making it a noteworthy example of environmentally conscious manufacturing. Through a unique treatment, BrankoWood becomes a highly stable wood that resists temperature and heat fluctuations and offers the tonal characteristics of sought-after aged tonewoods—without burdening the environment.
Traveler Body
The Traveler body of the Sauvage-TE is designed for the traveling musician and delivers rich, expressive tones without compromising on sound quality or aesthetics. The unique shape and body contours are tailored to provide portability and comfort while preserving sonic potential.
StageLâg Preamp System
Equipped with the StageLâg preamp system, the Sauvage-TE offers excellent tone control whether on stage or in the studio. All electronic components are engineered to bring out the resonance and complexity of the guitar's sound and allow fine adjustments as needed.
Tonal Characteristics
Like the SAUVAGE-T, the Sauvage-TE produces a full tone enriched by the solid, light BrankoWood top and the rough-sawn Smoked Eucalyptus back and sides with a rounded back. The Sauvage-TE is designed for use on the street, in the studio, or on stage.
Aesthetic Harmony
The Sauvage-TE carries the signature look of the Sauvage series and features the iconic Lâg headstock design echoed in the bridge. Black tuners as well as the black graphite nut and saddle complete this look and deliver a cohesive whole—both sonically and visually.
