Stagecaptain Quixie Privacy Handwash Set

The Discreet Savior When Nature Calls!

Admittedly: you usually only deal with this topic when nature unexpectedly calls. Still, it's smart to get familiar beforehand with the whole idea of "going to the loo outdoors." Especially at festivals, on camping trips, at events far from civilization or as a temporary emergency solution during illness — having the right gear at the right time is a blessing in every respect.

Do I Really Need This?

Ever stood in desperate need at a festival in the endlessly long queue in front of the porta-potty? Yes? For everyone who'd rather skip that situation, Stagecaptain's Quixie is the perfect solution. You won't get the same privacy as at home, of course, but at least you won't end up embarrassingly presenting your own waste to others.

Stable And Clean

The Quixie is made from sturdy, easy-to-clean plastic and can be assembled in a minute. Feet in two different lengths provide optimal seat heights (43 cm and 28 cm) for adults and children. Any garbage bag with a minimum width of 50 cm (and sufficient capacity) can serve as the collection container. The bags clamp in place without any tools and can be removed just as easily. We recommend using opaque bags, like the 10 pieces already included in the scope of delivery.

Hygiene Is Essential!

Because the seat ring is hollow, it holds 4 liters of water or disinfectant, which can be used with a manual hand sprayer to clean hands, the seat surface or other body parts. The sprayer lets you apply cleaning fluid over a large area while using it sparingly.

Pop-Up Tent

On camping trips or at festivals, the pop-up tent provides sufficient privacy during a toilet break. To prevent heat buildup and odors, the toilet tent has mesh on two sides. Especially on hot summer days this creates a chimney effect that draws cool air in from below and ensures good air circulation. The pop-up tent is simply thrown up into the air and ready to use! Equipped with a total of 8 tent pegs and 4 guy lines (included), it can even be secured against strong gusts. It doesn't get any easier.

The tent is extremely light yet stable. The entrance with a double zipper offers a comfortable opening of 60 x 130 cm, and the fabric can also be rolled up and fixed at the top. Inside there's a hook on the ceiling where you can hang, for example, a lamp; the integrated pocket stores essentials like toilet paper, a phone, keys, etc. Besides serving as a toilet tent, the Quixie tent also works excellently as a changing room, children's play tent or portable sunshade.

Washing Your Hands Afterwards - Almost Luxury!

The sink's water tank is equipped with a pump that is operated by foot. That way you don't have to touch a faucet with dirty fingers. Each pump delivers about 220 ml of water from the tap — depending on how hard you press, it can flow steadily or in a lively spray. The basin itself is hollow and can be filled with liquid soap, which the integrated dispenser doses onto the hands. The wastewater simply runs into a catch container and can then be disposed of. So simple and practical!

Easy Transport - Easy Setup

The Quixie washbasin consists of two parts: the water tank and the wash unit with its stand. That makes it relatively space-saving to transport in a car. No tools are required for assembly. You simply screw the two parts together and connect the faucet to the water hose. For a quick change of location the complete set can also be tilted slightly to the side and rolled. If you want to fix the Quixie in place, you can anchor it to the ground through the holes in the corners, for example with tent pegs.

Includes Carry Bags

Both the toilet and the tent come with a practical storage bag in which all individual parts fit and can be stowed in the car or motorhome. That way you can assume you'll have all the parts with you. Better safe than sorry.
