The Stagecaptain mulled wine boiler gets practically any liquid moving at the exact degree Celsius and is super easy to use. Besides mulled wine and other hot drinks, the GWK-27D will of course also bring plain water to the boil for canning fruit and vegetables or to keep sausages at serving temperature.
Dispenser for Hot Drinks
The mulled wine dispenser brings any liquid to the desired drinking temperature and, with its tap, is ideal for serving mulled wine, punch, tea and other beverages. For safety reasons the heating element switches off before the contents run completely out.
Automatic Canner
The GWK-27D is perfect for home canning. The preset timer starts automatically once the target temperature is reached and switches the cooker off automatically when the time expires. Thanks to the sensitive thermostat the desired heat can be kept very constant. A rack prevents direct contact between the pot bottom and the canning jars. By the way, the GWK-27D can hold 14 canning jars of 1 liter each.

The pot is also excellent for feeding several people. With little fuss you can serve a whole group with soups, sausages, stews, sauces and much more.
Backlit Display
The easy-to-read display shows the set cooking time as well as both the target and actual temperature. Values can be set to the exact degree Celsius and to the minute. You can also see whether the pot is currently heating or whether the timer has been deactivated and the canner is running continuously.
Easy Operation
There are only two controls on the front of the canner: use the left dial to set the desired temperature and start the heating process. The right dial serves as the timer; pressing the control disables the timer. When the set time expires an audible signal sounds. This function is a practical help, especially when canning.
