In contrast to many other children's guitars, the quality of the guitar is absolutely fine. It stays in tune for longer, sounds good and the neck was also well adjusted on our model. And it looks mega great anyway :)
The strings are quite close to the neck, which makes it easier for children to play, but the lowest string can sometimes buzz a little. That doesn't bother us any more.

This is the second Ibanez in the under 300 EUR range. Both have shown significant defects. Fie Ibanez.
Crucial point of criticism: The neck is inserted slightly askew, so that high E-string slips very quickly from the fret bar.
The treatment of the frets is grottig. It scratches on all positions and you have to fear that you will tear your skin on the sides of the neck. The setting intonation has obviously not been done properly. You can tune it correctly and it still sounds kind of wonky. Of the vergniedelten screws on the jack I do not even want to go into more.
Positive are the pickups, which are quite ok and the really sophisticated circuit with the 5-way switch, which I liked very much.
Overall, the guitar is not so meaningfully playable and certainly not for children / beginners.
