The Ibanez is a well-made guitar with nothing really wrong with it. One tiny thing is the black band around the pickups, which doesn't look very nice on closer inspection. Apart from that, everything else about the guitar is fine, it sounds good and is easy to play, for the price, everything is ok.
The amplifier is also flawless, sounds quite good and doesn't rattle. What more could you want? It fits.
The cable, however, is not so good to use because it is not very flexible. I use it as a connecting cable between devices, and it's good for that.
I can't say anything about the exercise book with the CD/DVD yet, I don't really need it. However, I am sure that it will be good and helpful.
The guitar bag is also completely ok, it's enough for protected storage or transportation.
The rest is nice to have. I am satisfied, so the set is a recommendation. For the price, you can't go far wrong.
