Very Lightweight Djembe with Rich Sound!
XDrum delivers the sound of West Africa in a modern, lightweight version. The use of a durable synthetic head and the easy-to-use tuning system make this goblet drum a popular and uncomplicated percussion instrument.
Body Made of PVC
The shell of the djembe is produced in a patented process from PVC plastic, making the entire drum significantly lighter than its wooden counterparts. However, it does not fall short in sound: deep basses and crisp slaps can be produced just as well as sensitive strokes. The lower rim is rubberized to prevent scratches on the floor.

Simple Tuning System
Unlike traditional djembes, which are tensioned with ropes, this instrument features 6 tuning screws, similar to those found on bongos or congas. This allows even beginners to easily and quickly achieve perfect tuning. The required wrench is, of course, included.
The Drumhead
The XDrum djembe is fitted with a synthetic head that is visually and acoustically almost indistinguishable from a goat skin. The advantage of the synthetic head is that it is much less sensitive to temperature fluctuations and humidity.
Matching Gigbag
The XDrum djembe bag offers perfect protection and carrying comfort for all djembes, darbukas, or doumbeks up to 50 cm in height. The gigbag, made of durable and water-repellent polyester, is sewn with particularly tear-resistant seams. Around it is about 1 cm thick padding that optimally protects your instrument from unwanted impacts and shocks. The top-loader lid can be widely opened with the two zippers to easily remove the drum.
For short transport by hand, there is a sturdy carrying handle on the bag, allowing optimal carrying of the djembe. For those who need two free hands, a full backpack system is integrated. In addition to the 7 cm wide shoulder straps, the djembe bag Pro features a hip belt with padded hip fins, which significantly relieves your shoulder straps.
The gigbag has two outer pockets, the larger of which measures approx. 30x14x3 cm and thus offers space for a strap or other accessories.
