The Sela SE-319 Majesty Handpan E Amara 20 (13+7) blends extraordinary sonic quality with top-tier craftsmanship and impressive musical versatility. This handcrafted premium handpan, made from high-quality stainless steel, features a total of 20 tone fields—13 on the top and seven additional bottom notes on the underside. With its E Amara tuning in E minor and a reference pitch of 440 Hz, it opens up versatile possibilities for intricate melodies, harmonic chords and ethereal soundscapes. The glossy bronze finish and the decorative handpan rope emphasize the exclusive character of the Majesty series.

20 Tone Fields for Maximum Musical Variety

The popular E Amara scale convinces with its bright, harmonic character and supports both calm, meditative pieces as well as melancholic, powerful and lively melodies. The center of the handpan houses the fundamental E3. Arranged in a circle around it are the twelve additional notes B3, D4, E4, F#4, G4, A4, B4, D5, E5, F#5, G5 and A5. Additionally, the SE-319 offers seven bottom notes: C3, D3, F#3, G3, A3, C4 and C5. These significantly expand the tonal range and create extra options for complex chords, polyphonic melodies and varied musical arrangements. The extensive feature set makes the instrument especially attractive to ambitious and advanced handpan players.

Premium Stainless Steel With Impressive Sustain

Sela Majesty stainless steel handpans are fully handcrafted by experienced builders and meticulously tuned by professionals. High-quality, rust-resistant stainless steel provides an especially long tone decay with pronounced sustain. Compared to handpans made from nitrided steel, the struck notes ring noticeably longer and merge into harmonic, floating soundscapes. The Majesty series delivers an even more refined tonal quality compared with the popular Sela Harmony Stainless Steel models. The low-maintenance material and high-quality workmanship ensure a first-rate playing experience.

Elegant Bronze Finish With Protective Handpan Rope

Visually, the Sela Majesty Handpan also impresses with its glossy, bronze-colored finish. The elegant surface gives the instrument an unusually high-end appearance. Included in the delivery is a decorative handpan rope that protects the rim of the handpan while adding distinctive visual accents. In this way the SE-319 combines refined design with practical protection.

Intuitive Playing and Secure Transport

Thanks to the harmoniously tuned tone fields, you can develop your first melodies even without extensive musical knowledge. The large number of 20 tone fields gives advanced musicians plenty of room for creative sound design, though more complex techniques require additional practice. The handpan works equally well as a solo instrument or in ensemble with guitars, tongue drums and other percussion. For secure transport, the scope of delivery includes a padded bag made from tear-resistant nylon fabric. With two carry handles, adjustable shoulder straps and a practical backpack function, the instrument is comfortable to carry. An additional exterior pocket provides space for smaller accessories.
