Steel Tongue Drum with Octaved Tones!
The Meinl Energy 10" Medium Octave Steel Tongue Drum is crafted from high-quality stainless steel. Its eight sound fields each produce tones in two octaves, creating a wonderful, meditative sound reminiscent of a handpan.
A sound hole on the bottom of the drum can be sealed with a silicone plug to achieve an even more compact tone. Three silicone feet on the underside prevent the drum from slipping during play. The Medium Octave Steel Tongue Drum can be played with fingers or mallets. To start playing, simply place the instrument on a flat surface or comfortably in your lap.
The drum comes with two wooden mallets featuring softly coated rubber heads and a stylish carrying bag with zipper and handle.
