The Meinl Tingsha is a classic hand cymbal, handcrafted in India. During meditation, they are struck at regular intervals to maintain concentration, but they are also used for Feng Shui, cleansing, healing, and harmonizing.
The special feature of this instrument is the tonal distance between the two cymbals. This interval is an octave higher than the alpha state of our brain.
