All Professional snare drums come standard with a REMO Muff'l damper to support the short yet full tone. The original Remo heads - Made in USA - are another factor in achieving a balanced sound. The parade snare drums with 12" and 14" shell depths are fitted with four-screw lug casings. This distributes head tension evenly across the shell, which positively affects the sound. The hand-made SONOR spiral snares give these instruments the desired brilliance.
