The sandblasted surface gives the Vintage series not only an exceptionally matte finish but also a soft feel for optimal playing control. Its deep, dark and slightly washed-out fundamental character delivers a distinctive, trashy tone for virtually all musical styles and volume levels.
The combination of the sandblasted surface, heavy hammering and the thin material produces a very soft attack and an exceptionally dry and dark "Wash".
