The sandblasted surface gives the Vintage series not only an unusually matte finish, but also a soft playing feel for optimal control. Its deep, dark and slightly washed-out core character delivers a distinctive, trashy tone suitable for almost all music styles and volume levels.

The combination of the sandblasted surface, large hammer strokes and the thin material produces a very soft attack and an exceptionally dry and dark "wash".
