The Resonant EMAD series (REMAD) from Evans features a single ply of 7.5 mil black film. The unique EMAD damping system, combined with a solid internal ring, provides controlled overtones. The 4-inch microphone port includes its own foam damper to improve attack and shorten sustain while protecting the port.
