A New Era for Electronic Beats!
The drumlogue shakes up the drum machine segment significantly. It delivers the power and sounds of the analog era, the flexibility of digital tones, and the drumlogue SDK ("Software Development Kit") for creating fully customizable synthesizers. Added to this are a powerful and dynamic sequencer, customizable effects, and intuitive controls that make the drumlogue an indispensable live and studio tool for all music styles. Finally, users can take their beats and musical creations to the next level—thanks to fat sounds, versatile effects, individual expandability, and intuitive sequencing features. Embark on your personal musical discovery journey with the drumlogue.

Rich Analog Power
The drumlogue produces ultimate analog sounds for your beats and delivers big: Completely newly developed analog circuits by Junichi Ikeuchi, Korg’s legendary synthesizer engineer (ARP 2600 M, MS-20 mini, ARP Odyssey...) offer a depth and fullness never heard before.
These new analog circuits (Bass Drum, Snare, Low Tom, and High Tom) not only lay the foundation for your songs but also feature a lush overtone content and fat bass foundation, giving them a high recognition value.
For maximum ease of use, the most important parameters of these parts are assigned to dedicated knobs, inviting carefree tweaking. Spontaneous sound ideas become child's play. Of course, there are many more parameters that can be edited with the powerful editing system if desired.
All drumlogue parts—both analog and digital—have a dedicated volume control for optimal mixing.
Digital Flexibility
Complementing the analog section, the drumlogue offers seven additional digital parts: six are sample-based, and the seventh controls an integrated synthesizer (Multi-Engine). The sample parts use the drumlogue’s factory PCM banks. Additionally, you can import your own samples, keeping the drumlogue sounding fresh even after years.
The drumlogue’s 128 factory drum kits cover a wide range of genres and provide the ideal foundation for producing new tracks.
If you need other sounds, simply connect the drumlogue to a USB port on your computer and drag the desired samples into the drumlogue’s main memory.

Multi-Engine and logue SDK
The popular Multi-Engine from the prologue and minilogue xd shows an even stronger side here. In addition to variable phase modulation (VPM) and the noise generator, the Multi-Engine provides a new user slot that can control a fully equipped synthesizer, offering sonic possibilities you won’t find in other drum machines.
Custom Synthesizers
The drumlogue’s synth sounds are not static waveforms. The possible custom synthesizers act as full-fledged sound generators—including filters, LFOs, polyphonic sounds playable via MIDI, and many other parameters. Every developer can participate and is completely free within the CPU limits.
Exclusive 'Nano' Synthesizer Plug-In by Sinevibes
In collaboration with the well-known logue SDK plug-in developer "Sinevibes," Korg developed a new synthesizer plug-in called "Nano," which comes preset in the drumlogue. This exclusive plug-in fully exploits the extended Multi-Engine’s capabilities and sparks curiosity for sonic experiments.
"Nano" is a fully equipped virtual-analog synthesizer with countless features and many adjustable parameters. The synth engine offers two oscillators with optional ring modulation, a four-pole filter with soft clipping, an envelope, and an LFO with multiple waveforms.
Thus, "Nano" delivers a wide range of cutting solo sounds, powerful basses, percussive tones, and cinematic effects!

Sophisticated Sequencer
The drumlogue’s powerful sounds are driven by an equally capable sequencer. Tired of the same old beats? With the drumlogue’s 64-step sequencer, you can intuitively create complex rhythm patterns and polyrhythms that constantly inspire your musical creativity with innovative features like step probability, alternative trigger patterns per step, micro-offset values for each step, groove patterns for each track, and more.
The clear OLED display provides visual feedback on the active sequence and simplifies editing. The drumlogue is suitable for both live and studio use. In chain mode, you can create and play longer, more interesting patterns. The loop mode offers several interesting variations to keep sequences engaging. Motion and accent recording functions work intuitively and quickly, and if you want to try something new, the random function sparks your creativity. These and many other drumlogue features bring your grooves to life in no time.
Effects and Settings
The drumlogue includes numerous high-quality effects in three categories that can be used simultaneously: delay, reverb, and master effects.
The send level to the delay and reverb effects is adjustable for each part. Multiple signal points are available for the return paths. Master effects can round off the final sound result. For each part, you can decide whether it is processed by the master effects or not. Some master effects also offer a sidechain bus.
To expand the already versatile delay, reverb, and master algorithms, the drumlogue allows loading third-party effects.
Each effect offers up to 24 parameters, quickly accessible via the well-designed menu.
The drumlogue is equipped with an audio input, so other instruments can also be processed through its effects section—not just handy in the studio.

Connections
The drumlogue offers numerous inputs and outputs as well as other connections for integrating into your setup.
The drumlogue’s USB-A port allows connection to other USB-MIDI-compatible devices for flexible control. For example, you can control the volume of all parts with the faders of a nanoKONTROL2 or trigger sounds with the velocity-sensitive pads of the nanoPAD2 for even more expressive playing.
The drumlogue provides four individual audio outputs, a headphone jack, and L/MONO and R outputs. Parts can be assigned to the desired individual output and then recorded on separate DAW tracks.
MIDI IN/OUT, SYNC IN/OUT jacks, and of course the USB port with a computer handle the drumlogue’s synchronization.
Intuitive Operation
The drumlogue is not only powerful but also intuitive to operate. All important parameters of the drum parts are accessible via dedicated knobs and can be changed quickly. The also dedicated volume controls make mixing the parts easier. The razor-sharp OLED display and straightforward user interface with 4 rotary knobs make navigation a breeze.
Housing and Design
Unlike other drum machines, the drumlogue features an angled control panel for ergonomic operation and better overview. The robust aluminum housing with brushed hairline finish and wooden side panels give the drumlogue a particularly classy look, ultimately fueling your creativity.

Comfortable Stereo Headphones
The KDJ-1000 delivers a full, balanced sound with rich bass reproduction and clear highs. It offers plenty of volume while maintaining clean and precise stereo imaging. Thanks to its low impedance, the KDJ-1000 can also handle extreme volume levels on low-signal inputs. Naturally, the softly padded, wide headband is length-adjustable. The entire headphone folds up for space-saving storage. For mixing desk work, the comfortable ear cups can also rotate 180° for classic "single ear monitoring." The thick, soft padding of the circumaural cups additionally provides good external noise isolation.
