Weighted Hammer Keyboard with Adjustable Touch Sensitivity

The weighted keyboard of the DP-S1 with genuine hammer action simulates the playing feel of an acoustic piano with traditional mechanics as authentically as possible for the pianist. The 88 keys feature a certain "natural" resistance when pressed down, just like classic acoustic pianos. The keyboard is also touch-sensitive, meaning the tones sound louder or softer depending on how hard you press a key. Thanks to the different adjustment options ("Touch Response" = touch sensitivity), you can, for example, produce a comparatively loud sound even with a gentle touch (setting "Soft"). This feature is often especially helpful for the youngest piano beginners. To reliably protect the keyboard from dust, the DP-S1 comes with a keyboard cover.

64-Note Polyphony

Thanks to the 64-note polyphony, the electric piano can play up to 64 tones simultaneously. This wide range of available tones allows the player to use voices from various musical styles, from classical to rock, anytime with stereo sound.

10 Different Sounds

The "Layer" and "Split" Functions

With the "Layer" function, you can overlay two voices – for example, strings and piano – combining them. This easily creates a particularly impressive, full sound. "Split" divides your keyboard into two separate zones. You can assign these zones individually with different voices, allowing you to play strings with your left hand and piano with your right.

Twinova Function

The Twinova function was created for teachers and students, allowing the keyboard and pedals to be split into two halves. Metronome and Headphone Connections

Additionally, the DP-S1 has two headphone jacks, ensuring you can practice and play anytime without disturbing neighbors. The second headphone jack also allows silent listening to your piano playing.

The "Soft", "Sostenuto" and "Sustain" Pedals

The DP-S1 digital piano offers three pedals like an acoustic grand piano, allowing you to specifically influence the sound of the pieces you play. The soft pedal is on the left and, like the sostenuto pedal in the middle, is played with the left foot. The sustain pedal on the right is usually used most often. It lets all notes ring out, while the middle sostenuto pedal only sustains notes that have already been played. The left soft pedal reduces the volume of struck notes and creates a softer sound.

This piano bench offers, besides its elegant matte black look, premium features such as stable legs with non-slip rubber, a smooth, precise spindle mechanism for height adjustment, and a durable, comfortable seat covered in black corduroy. Dynamic Stereo Headphones
