Characteristic of the Pro models is the unique "Heel Off" snare system, which lets you switch the adjustable snare on and off while playing with your heel. The side "sound windows" are body cutouts in various sizes that enable conga-like sounds. The sound hole slider allows you to quickly adjust the tone to the room acoustics.

About the PUR Cajon Manufactory

The PUR Cajon Manufactory was founded in 2012 and is located in an 18th-century manor house in Salzburg, Austria. Brothers Niko and Philipp Rhomberg have gathered their experience in cajon making over the years. They realized that mass production conflicts with their philosophy: producing high-quality and innovative cajons using a sustainable production process. To bring this philosophy to life, the PUR Cajon Manufactory was established.
